Buckle in, this one's a doozy.  Welcome to Patten Solutions 2.0 over the past week we've rolled out a series of improvements and optimizations to make the platform easier to navigate and get your issues solved faster than ever.  

What's New

New Sign in Options

Microsoft Account Login Added - You can now use your PTC Microsoft Account to sign into Solutions with One Click.  No more having to remember a seperate Patten Solutions password!

Redesigned Home Page
  1. Quicklink Buttons added at the top to take you to the most frequently accessed pages on Patten Solutions.
  2. Embedded Marketing Order Form on Home Page - We've combined many of the request forms and embedded them directly into the home page for the easiest submission process possible!
  3. Stay in the loop with happenings at Patten Title! Links to the Monthly Calendar, Newswire, and Marketing Updates have been added and will be updated regularly.

  4. Celebrate your collegues and their achievements! - Birthday and Work Anniversary tables added to the bottom of the Home Page.  

What's Changed

  1. The Knowledgebase has been reorganized to hopefully make it easier to find what you're looking for.
  2. The Patten Solutions search engine has been powered up.  If you've tried to search for something unsuccessfully in the past, give it another try!
  3. The Community has been disabled, we'll revisit this space sometime in the future.

Removed the "Priority" field from tickets.  The marketing and sales teams are committed to responding quickly and completing your requests fast. We've disabled this field since it's an extra step that isn't currently modifying how we view your tickets in the queue.  Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Platform Update

We've removed the "Reply" function from your tickets.  Going forward, please use the "Comment" option on your tickets to communicate with the Solutions team on your tickets.

Backend Improvements

- Assignment rules have been added for all tickets.  Should be smarter at getting requests into the right hands now!
- Technology team has been turned on and tickets will automatically be routed to the IT Manager
- Made ticket "statuses" consistent in all departments.
- Make ticket layouts consistent in all departments (no more weird "physician" field on sales tickets!)

Platform Update

We've made some backend changes to manage orders with printing/delivery components.  Once we have ordered your product and updated your ticket with tracking information it will be moved to your "On Hold" folder in the My Tickets section.  This will help us focus on Open tickets that still require feedback without all of the waiting for delivery items cluttering up our feed.  This should help us serve you even faster going forward!

Reminder

Offices will be closed Monday, February 18th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Don't forget to set your Out of Office!

New Follow-Up Rules - Based on feedback we will now be providing an update on all open tickets each Wednesday.  You may notice that your ticket's status changes to "Needs Follow-Up" in the portal.  Once one of our team members has provided you with the latest details on your request it will be returned to Open.  Hopefully, this helps keep you in the loop going forward.
