Promotional Items items will no longer be readily available through the marketing department.
All swag items should be ordered through marketing to ensure branding is in line with Patten Title branding. Marketing will assist with the design and production of items via
Patten.Solutions form request (link). Please login and make your promotional item(s) requests solely through solutions. You will need to include the item, link to where you found it, quantity, etc. Any forms lacking the required information will not be processed.
Please note that while marketing will assist with the design, production, and delivery of swag items, expenses will be charged to whoever is requesting the order and will be deducted from their individual monthly allotment.
In addition, Marketing will be distributing a calendar of planned swag items (1-2 items per quarter) that will be purchased throughout the year. If you are interested in participating/ordering a particular item from the calendar, you will need to notify marketing – again, expenses will be deducted from your individual monthly allotment.
The calendar will be circulated along with this sheet. To note: you have until the 15th of the month prior to the end of the quarter to make your opt in/opt out requests in order to give enough time to order the items and have them ready by the following quarter.
