Pulling Hotsheet - Austin, TX

Directions

1. Navigate to ABoR Matrix and Sign In.
   
2. In the Hotsheets Section select the date range (7 days usually) and click "Residential".
   
3. Change Display to say "my: PTC Hotsheet".
   
4. Click the All button to select all data.
   
5. Click the Export button at the bottom to download .csv.
   
6. Next, open the Template .xls (attached to this page).
   
7. Paste the information from the Matrix .csv export.
8. In Column B, Under the "Preferred Title Company" page filter only deals with "Patt" and highlight all rows.
   
9. Remove Filter from Column B so all deals are visable.
   
10. Save File and send to the Austin Sales Team.
