Meeting Outline

There is a strategy, structure, and system that makes up the sales process at PTC.
  1. IDENTIFY: Through your research, networking, tools, and referrals...BUT in addition, we are working on QUALIFYING as many contacts as possible to take the guesswork out and make your efforts bear as much fruit as possible.
  2. CONTACT & SET APPOINTMENT: Through emails, phone calls, handwritten letters, and pop bys.
  3. MEET AND ASK FOR ORDER: Rapport is established, PITCH CORRECTLY.
  4. FOLLOW UP: After contact and ask for the order.

With your feedback, we are working on making ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you are logging your calls, emails, and events correctly, plugging all gaps and filling in all cracks so that all the reports are ACCURATE....but the QUALITY of those calls, emails, and events is completely up to you.  If our reports are accurate AND your calls, emails, and events are quality, it just becomes a game of numbers...The more qualified prospects you run through your plant, the more orders you open.

How Can I Check Where I Stand?

You can check an individual contacts email count by looking at the Emails module in the contact record and using the dropdown to show "Emails Sent From CRM"


Zoho KPI Dashboard

You can get a weekly count by visiting your personal KPI dashboard.

HOW TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL

The number one goal when writing an email is to GET WHAT YOU WANT. In order for that to take place, 4 things must happen.

  1. Email must get opened- Attention-grabbing subject line, 6 words.
  2. It must get read. Fantastic words, clear, concise, short, sweet. (Think    Presidential, be familiar).
  3. It must get replied to.  Ask a question and force tennis!
  4. PROOFREAD! 
    1. Grammarly is a great spellcheck plugin that runs in your browser. 
    2. Listen to your email text at Natural Readers to check for typos.
